  I was going to engage Mr. Vogler on the matter of a traffic ticket my son got when he had an automobile accident. When I went to his office to give him a check so he could get to work on the case, I had some questions for his assistant. She seemed completely unable to answer my questions and when I prssed her on this, she told me she was trying to help me. So I asked the questions again and got the same sort of response. I felt like maybe I should have been behind the counter doing her job for her, because she wasn;t doing it. I got angry and left, taking my money with me. I engaged another attorney, just downthe street, who was able to answer all my qeustions and be able tell me exactly what was going to happen with my son's case.
